The guidelines below will help you to effectively use Wantedly and grow your employer brand.
Please note that we periodically check whether the Job Posts on our platform follow our Posting Policy and Content Quality Guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in hiding or some modification of your post.
Common guideline violations
Title
By thinking of an out-of-the-box headline, you can share more about your company’s culture and vision, which will help attract more relevant talent.
Please refrain from including below in the title:
- Symbols (ex. <>, 《》, / )
- Number one, the best, the largest, the greatest, the first, the only, etc.*
- "No experience needed", "Immediate hire", or any other phrases that mention directly benefits, terms, or requirements.
- Type of employment (ex. part-time, contract-hire, full-time)

Cover Photo
Visuals play an important role in capturing users' attention. Use engaging photos for your Job Posts to showcase your company’s culture.
