Starting on April 1st, 2019, the post-publication legal screening of Job Posts that we have conducted will now be conducted before the publication of a Job Post.
*Only applicable to accounts using Wantedly Japan.
【Overview of the legal screening】
The legal screening will be conducted approximately one hour after your publication request, including on weekends and holidays (excluding requests made during the night, which will be screened the following day).
- Job Posts that are found to conform to regulations will be published immediately following the screening.
- Job Posts that are found to violate the regulations will be met with an email from our Quality Assurance Team in which we will request edits be made to the post.
When we have confirmed the edited version, we will conduct another screening, and if it follows our regulations, the Job Post will be published.
【How to request for legal screening】
The screening process will start once you click on ‘Publish now’
- After confirming the preview of the Job Post, please click "Publish Now".
- Information on the pre-publication legal screening will be displayed, and the applicable Job Post will be screened.
You can check Job Posts under screening from your Admin Dashboard.
When the pre-publication legal screening is completed, and the Job Post is published, it will be displayed in the “Open” tab.
You can also cancel Job Post screenings by clicking on "Cancel the publication request".
Job Posts for which the publication request has been canceled, will be displayed in the "Drafts" tab.
