1. What are Working Conditions?
Working conditions are a standardized summary of a role's working conditions (e.g., salary, hours, location) that you share with candidates when you invite them to an interview.
This feature is being introduced to ensure transparency and help you confirm that a candidate's expectations are aligned with the role before interviews.
2. Transition period
A mandatory transition period for this feature will begin in October 2025.
- What you need to do: You must create and link "Working Conditions" to all of your active Job Posts.
- Deadline: This must be done during the transition period.
*Please note that after the transition period ends, any published postings that aren’t linked to working conditions will automatically be closed.
