Schedule Scouts

Overview

Select "Scout Later" to schedule messages to be sent to candidates. The scheduled messages are sent sequentially starting from 9:00 AM JST on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please confirm below for details:

If Scout is scheduled outside of business hours (9:00AM - 6:00PM business days)

The message will be sent during the next business day's 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM window.

Example:

- Scheduled at 8:59 AM on 1/16 → Sent between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on 1/16
- Scheduled at 12:00 AM on 1/16 → Sent between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on 1/16

If Scout is scheduled during business hours (9:00AM - 6:00PM business days)

The message will be sent during the following business day's 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM window.

Example:

- Scheduled at 9:00 AM on 1/16 → Sent between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on 1/17

Send a scout later

1. Navigate to Wantedly Admin
2. Click Scouts
3. Select the candidate to send a scout message to 
4. Click "Send Later" and write your scout message
5. Confirm send

How to check scheduled messages

1. Navigate to Wantedly Admin
2. Click Scouts
3. Click "Scheduled" from the left menu
4. Click on the scout message you wish to check

Cancel a scheduled scout

If your message has not been sent to the candidate yet, you can cancel the message from your "Scheduled" Scouts.

1. From Wantedly Admin > Scouts > "Scheduled"
2. Hover over the scout message you wish to cancel, and click 'Cancel'
