You can filter your Scout searches by clicking on the 'Saved', 'Hidden', and 'Already scouted' tabs on the left side of your Scout page.
Saved users: Click here to see users you have saved
Hidden users: Click here to see users you have hidden
Already scouted users: Click here to see users you have scouted in the past
Save & Hide candidates
You can hide and save candidates by clicking ••• and then clicking 'Save' or 'Hide user'.
Save candidates
You can handpick candidates with a strong cultural fit and add them to a saved list. You can also group candidates by occupation for easier access when looking within a candidate pool.
Add to 'Saved'
To save users: Scout > Click on the saved icon from the candidate's profile.
To check the saved users: Scout > Click the 'Saved' section on the left side of the screen
Remove from 'Saved'
To remove users: Scout > Click the 'Saved' section on the left side of the screen
Click •••, and then 'Remove from Saved' from the profile of the candidate you wish to remove.
Organizing saved lists
You can sort candidates within a list by attaching a memo, labeling, or ranking candidates.
Create a memo for a candidate: Make a memo to share with other interviewers.
Add a label to a candidate: You can search or add labels to assign to candidates.
Rank a candidate: Select a ranking from the stars under a candidate's name.
After labeling and sorting your candidates, you can search for them from your 'Saved' page.
In the search bar, click on 'Filters' and select from your labels or ratings as shown below:
