Scout response rate is calculated based on the replies to Scout mail received in the previous 2.5 months, starting from 2 weeks prior to the current date.
For example: Response rate shown on January 14th is the response rate from mid-October to the end of December of the previous year.
The average response rate is 20% across all companies. Boost response rate by publishing attractive job postings and making sure that you contact users with personalities and interests that match your company's vision.
