2. Edit your billing information directly and save by clicking 'Update Billing Info'
Change your company name
The company name written on billing information is the name that you selected at the time of registration. If your company name differs or has changed from what was selected at registration, please follow the steps below to change your company name.
If your company name has changed
You can edit company information by following the steps written here.
Please also contact the Customer Support team to let us know about your name change.
If the contracted company is different from the billing company
If the contracted company differs from the billing company, it is necessary to produce a memorandum of understanding. After signing the MOU, the Customer Relations team will edit your company information.
